The limited liability company “Po’lat-quvurservice” was established in 2001

The limited liability joint—stock company – AOOT “Techirmontazhkomplekt” was formed by denationalization and privatization of the state enterprise UPTK trust “Irmontazhstroy” on the basis of the decision of the City Administration of State Property and Entrepreneurship Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 368 pp-r dated September 11, 1996 and registered on the basis of the decision of the Khokimiyat of the Shaykhantokhur district of Tashkent city on September 26, 1996, the number of the state registration number 1410/9.

In 1998, the open joint-stock company “Tehirmontazhcomplekt” was transformed into a limited liability company and registered by the decision of the Khokimiyat of the Shaykhantokhur district No. 907/7 dated 17.07.1998.

During this period of time , the Company carried out the following activities :

• production of building materials and structures made of various polymers, metal structures, non-standard equipment;
• testing of building structures, products and materials;
• production of consumer goods and agricultural products;
• trade and procurement, supply and marketing and trade and intermediary activities;
• foreign economic activity.

In 2001, LLC “Tehirmontazhkoplekt” was renamed into a limited liability company “Po’lat-quvurservice”. This change was registered by the decision of the Khokim of the Shaikhantokhur district of Tashkent city on 27.09. 2001, registration number No. 1005.

The company has mastered a new type of activity — the production of electric-welded straight-seam steel pipes.

In 2004, at the expense of a foreign currency bank loan, a new technological equipment was purchased – a roll metal slitting unit. A new type of production has begun — the processing of rolled metal and the production of strips (steel strips for the manufacture of pipes).

In 2012, Po’lat-quvurservice LLC was transformed into a joint venture in the form of a limited liability company Po’lat — quvurservice.

Equipment for cold rolling of metal strips and pressing equipment for processing sheet metal was purchased and put into operation. This made it possible to master the production of new types of products: profiled sheets of galvanized steel, metal tiles made of polymer steel sheets, metal slate and various billets made of galvanized steel.

Due to the growing demand of the republic for high–grade metal products, in 2014 it was decided to develop a new type of activity – the production of wire rods and fittings of various sizes. Due to the lack of a local raw material base, the material for production is imported from neighboring countries. All manufactured metal products are import-substituting.

In addition to production activities, the company carries out wholesale trade in industrial goods. The range of products sold includes calcium carbide, cold—rolled and hot-rolled sheet metal, galvanized steel, galvanized steel with polymer coating and other types of industrial goods.

Also, the joint venture LLC “Po’lat-quvurservice” provides services for the rental of real estate. The company owns an administrative building in the city of Tashkent on Navoi Street 24 with an adjacent land plot.

The joint venture Po’lat-quvurservice LLC is a small enterprise with up to 50 employees, but belongs to the category of large taxpayers.
